We have had our first full nights of sleep as parents while working with you! From the very beginning you made us feel calm, confident and comfortable about the sleep changes we were going to make. We loved how you made it clear there would be rough nights not selling us this miracle and that change will occur by staying consistent with the plan. And it has! Coming from waking 1-3 times a night and needing a bottle or hrs of rocking back to sleep to sleeping through most nights 7-7!!

I was obsessed with awake windows living my life in set window periods , you have given me the confidence to trust my instincts and judge my little ones ques. Your kind , carlm, gentle manner made the step of sleeping training so much easier. Thank you for all your support!

Transforming Sleepless Nights with Bronwyn

Our little one woke up every 2 hours during the night and depended on breastfeeding to soothe. After months of being sleep deprived, I reached out to Bronwyn, who explained the science behind her methods but also allowed us to pick and choose strategies that my husband and I felt comfortable with. My little one slept through the night in a matter of days and the support we had during the 2 weeks was amazing! This Has Been a Life-Changing Experience

Highly recommend!! My 20 month old has never been a great sleeper, waking up a number of times throughout the night and often not even going to sleep until close to midnight. I couldn’t even get him to sleep in his own bed. Four nights into working with Bronwyn and he was going to sleep at 7:30pm and sleeping 12 hours without waking. He now self-settles and even looks forward to going to bed – something I never thought would happen, even with any amount of training! I have one very stubborn bub and still the program was a 100% success. This has been a life-changing experience and I absolutely recommend Bronwyn. She is compassionate and dedicated to creating the changes you want to see. I only wish I had done this sooner.

10 Hours Sleep a Night? Yep, for Us It's a Thing Now

We couldn’t be more thankful for Bronwyn from Resting Bubs for guiding us through the Sleep training journey. We were referred to Bronwyn and connected with her as two very tired parents with a one year old bub who only went to sleep with a dummy, naps were 30 mins, cot in our room, woke up about four times a night due to his dummy falling out and where co-sleeping in our bed became his comfort and ours for our household to get some z’s.

From the day we had our first meeting with Bronwyn we felt we were a team. She provided us with the honest reality of what we were about to undertake (especially from her previous experience doing sleep training for her child) and the confidence that we could achieve our sleep goals for our son according to sticking to the consistency of the plan.

From night 1 Bronwyn called and re-ran us through the plan, remained on call for the next 3 days and kept us (more me) motivated… the hardest 3 days as she described it would be. This was a God send for me, who was struggling. We stuck to plan and at night 3 we all got our first 10 hours of sleep in 12 months and were blown away thinking, “what is this magic?”!! Naps were/are the hardest, but come day 4 we saw him getting adjusted to the routine. Bronwyn always touched base and was always available to call or message when we needed it from the start to the end of the 2 weeks, even touching base post plan to see if everything is still tracking well.

We pursued on through the regression period and even with a bubs who started teething that week (three coming through), coming down with a cold and started walking. Massive body milestones. He really showed us his resilience and how babies can in fact learn to put themselves to sleep despite some circumstances. Come Day 14 our son was sleeping independently in his cot in his own room, dummy is a thing of the past, we are all now fairly consistently getting 10 hours of sleep a night and he sleeps 2Ă—1 hour naps a day *mindblown* With more sleep, we as parents have increased energy for our active boy and he is developing faster before our eyes. We are now working on how this new way applies to different elements of our life i.e. Daycare, travelling, illness.

We cannot thank Bronwyn enough for her support in our sleep training journey and educating us to initiate a massive life change for our family. Big smiles on all our faces!

A Guiding Hand to Gentle Sleep Training

I cannot thank Bronwyn enough for helping us through our sleep training process. From the very first point of contact, we immediately felt so comfortable and at ease. She was warm, considerate, understanding and having sleep trained her own bub, we knew we were in the right hands. She kept in contact the whole time, we had a few struggles with our 4 month regression bub, but she kept reassuring us and changed things as we needed to suit our situation. Every point of contact was thorough and detailed and we knew exactly what we needed to be doing. It was a gentle process for both us parents and our little girl. We kept in contact daily and had an easy way of communicating, making things easy and not time consuming. Even after our program had finished, Bronwyn kept checking in with us which is so lovely. We are extremely grateful. If you are wanting a sleep trainer, look no further, Bronwyn is amazing and will not disappoint.

I give her 5 stars without hesitation.
